Loved zenkit the most but got the best productivity from outlook tasks. I have tried all the products you have talked about and come to the same conclusion. I also really don't fancy paying for anything like the new MS to do list app.ĮDIT: Just had a look at ZenKit and i feel that's just a better version of Trello but more suited for project managementĮDIT 2: I've narrowed it down to the follow 3 I've looked into Wunderlist but the thought of it closing 'soon' puts me off. Simple to use and create tasks and effective with reminders.

& Trello I just can't get on with, it's very good but not what I really need.Įffectively I'm looking for Windows 10 and Android support (priority being Windows 10) Integration with Outlook calendar or it's own built-in calendar support. I really like Outlook tasks but it doesn't sync up with mobile devices.

Todoist was okay but it just lacked the PC Factor that i need. OneNote is just ugly in my opinion although I can see the upside if you're taking lecture notes of something of that ilk. I've recently bounced around OneNote, Todoist, outlook tasks & Trello but I'm struggling to find one that really sticks with me.
